Responsibilities
Community Building & Management
● Develop and execute community engagement strategies across social platforms and in-game channels.
● Organize and host online community events, contests, and initiatives to boost players retention and brand loyalty.
● Respond promptly and professionally to user inquiries, feedback, and concerns, maintaining a positive community atmosphere.
● Monitor player sentiment, gather insights, and report key community metrics to cross-functional teams.
● Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and support teams to align community initiatives with overall company goals.
Content Creation
● Develop and curate engaging content for community platforms, including news updates, announcements, tutorials, and other relevant information.
● Collaborate with content creators and streamers to promote products and build hype within the community.
Community Team Management
● Recruit, mentor, and manage a team of community mods/supporters and volunteers to ensure consistent engagement, support, and player satisfaction.
● Set clear team objectives, KPIs, and performance standards, while providing ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Other tasks may arise throughout the project.
Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience building and managing vibrant communities in the web3 gaming space, exceeding growth targets and fostering positive user experiences.
• Proven ability to create engaging content (community contest, giveaways, events, guides) for multiple platforms, tailoring it to different audiences.
• Experience collaborating with content creators and influencers to promote online communities.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to manage and motivate a community team, fostering collaboration and ownership.
• Passion for blockchain gaming and deep understanding of play-to-earn models, particularly NFT-based games (if applicable).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in community management tools (Discord, Telegram, social media management platforms).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
