    Performance Marketing Leader

    Planning and Execution
    • Develop the Marketing Action Plan that covers: Project’s marketing strategies, objectives, target audience, channel mix, budget, measurement, player journey/messaging needs for each campaign.
    • Communicate plans and performance highlights to key internal/external stakeholders
    • Using the strategic framework, brief internal Marketing team to develop tactical go-to-market plans
    • Build up the Campaign Funnels and align them to Marketing User Journey. Build and Optimize User MKT Touchpoint for each step of the Marketing Funnel to maximize the potential of users.
    • Work closely with Internal Game Designer Department to understand the feature/function build-up journey and their impact on the userbase.
    • Work closely with the Communications Department to highlight the key message & its performance related to the campaign.
    • Work closely with External Agencies to guarantee the delivery of the campaign for both quantity & quality.
    • Monitor & report on each campaign for both performances, ROI, ROAS & campaign impacts.
    • Work closely with internal UA team to deploy user acquisition strategies on target markets and review UA performance against KPIs of the Project
    • Take a strategic approach to building and executing Influencer partnerships (KOL), both long-term and short-term

          * Communicate key messages to KOLs

          * Plan on programs to attract potential KOLs, foster long-term relationships with them to build a stable and engaging community on main game-streaming platforms

    • Communicate trends, shifts, opportunities, and statuses with internal team members
    • Work with agency partners to oversee and ensure work delivery, quality and reports that support the Project’s MKT activities
    • Support Marketing Manager on monitoring and reporting on competitor activity and assist marketing team on emerging media technologies, platforms, and consumer media habits

    Essential skills and attributes

    • Digital MKT full stacks competencies is required
    • 4+ years of working in the Game/App Marketing IndustrExperience in build-up Channel Mix Marketing Campaign
    • Well-experience in Blockchain, Tokenomic Systems & Blockchain Technologies at least 1 year
    • Ability to translate business goals into actionable MKT & communication plans
    • Experience in providing creative feedback for social content
    • Experience with setting budgets and bottoms-up media spend forecasting
    • Knowledge of the latest platforms and technologies and desire to identify opportunities for strategic brand involvement
    • Ability to build positive working relationships, both internally and externally
    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
    • Passion for gaming, advertising, blockchain industries
    • Well known and well operate DGT MKT tools across DGT platform (CMS, EDM, Website, CRM and other Martech tool)
    • Passion for gaming, advertising and social media
