Duties/Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Business Development Leader in identifying key partners and how a relationship can enhance both ecosystems.
- Help establish the company's web3 strategy and plan out its execution.
- Drive market research, analysis, competitive intelligence and reporting for web3 strategy.
- Collaborate with the product and marketing functions to identify strategic areas of growth and execute on business expansion plans.
- Understand, define, and adjust the company's value proposition for both markets and users, as well as ecosystem partners
- Leading, onboarding, and handling the relationship with key Crypto focused partners
- Effectively manages program/business performance by planning, coordinating, delivering, evaluating, and communicating as appropriate.
- Work closely with other key teams (ie. Product Marketing, Engineering) to ensure strategic alignment of tech, marketing, and BD roadmaps.
- Negotiating complex deals
Skills and Qualification:
- 2 year experience working in Partnerships/Business Development.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills combined with strategic thinking and networking aptitude.
- Project management, good planning, and critical thinking skills.
- Previous sales experience.
- Fluency in English
- Superb communication, outstanding presentation, and a high level of negotiation skills with foreign partners
- Experience in and strong market knowledge of the blockchain & crypto industry preferred
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
