Design in-game and Marketplace system for Esport NFT game. Examples of your work include: monetization system, quests, onboarding, special events, tournaments, in-game and MKP reward system, Social system (Guilds, Friends…), in-game economics…
Research:
- Collect feedback from game players, analyze and improve accordingly
- Stay updated with industry methods, trends, and news.
Essential skills:
- At least 2 years of experience in designing game systems
- Understanding and ability to balance large scale interconnected in-game systems
- Experienced with systematizing a wide range of factors that all impact a single game feature
- Good knowledge of Human Psychology and its application on game design
- Good critical-thinking skill
- Proficient in Excel is a big plus
