Analyse technical requirement documents and clarify with PM/BA
Write, design, and execute automated tests by creating scripts that run testing functions automatically
Maximize test coverage for the most critical features of the system Write documentation for automated processes including test plans, test procedures, and test cases
Build test automation frameworks, log and document bugs in the tracking system and set up continuous Integration
Monitor testing progress and issues of releases; identify and mitigate the risks of leaked bugs and timeline delay.
Derive Test specifications, Test scenarios, Test cases with solid understanding of requirements and testing techniques.
Contribute to Continuous Improvement activities for increasing QC performance and product quality.
API testing tools (Postman, SoapUI, Katalon) for automated checks. Using predefined snippets to automate API testing without the need to write code to test the API
Execute exploratory testing and security, performance testing if required.
Recruit QC members and mentor them to enhance their testing related skills
Person Specification
Bachelor of Information Technology, Computer Science or related fields. · At least 3 years of experience in Manual testing and 2 years in Automation QC (Web & Mobile app)
Proven Manual testing skills in Integration test, E2E test and UAT test. Solid knowledge of Testing techniques, SDLC, Test process and Impact analysis
Good thinking and skills about leading a team toward success of deliveries. Familiar with Issue/ Test management tools: Jira, Redmine, TestRail Automation testing tools: Selenium, TestComplete, Katalon Studio, and Ranorex
Ready-made automation frameworks instead of building elaborate automation frameworks from scratch: Serenity BDD, a Java-based framework
Experienced in REST APIs and Security/ Performance testing (Nessus, JMeter), Database and writing SQL queries.
Experience with Automation test for Web is a Must.
Experience in working in cross functional or Agile teams.
Good at Multi-tasking, Problem solving, Teamwork.
Good English skills in communication and documentation.
Have passion in testing, open minded and self-motivated.
